Design Strategy:
While at CSI, we reached out to Kolter Hospitality to see if they would like to be a candidate for a case study since they were working with CSI and using our platform for their account payables. They agreed so we conducted the interview process and came up with a one-sheet that could be handed out and featured on the company website as well. The focus was to describe the difficulties they were having before, how easy the setup and integration with CSI was, and the results after using the product. I honed in on the key contributing factors to their success and highlighted those in the layout to help those who would be reading this easily identify the positives of working with CSI.
